Sizzmart.com aims at maintaining its quality and professionalism in its service. If for a few specified reasons expatiated below, a customer wishes to return a product after purchase, then we offer a provision to return the purchased product in good condition according to the product categories.
Return Policy
Please read the conditions carefully.
1) Damaged product: Please check while you receive the product from the courier person. If it’s damaged, kindly return it back to the delivery man immediately. Opening the food packet of cat food, dog food, and baby food is not allowed for returning the items. Accepting a damaged product will render the return policy ineffective. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
2) Wrong delivery: The product delivered, doesn’t match with the order details. (e.g customer ordered size 40 shoe, we sent size 42).
The return policy is ineffective if:
1) Not satisfied with the quality.
2) The product has been used.
3) Delivery person has gone from your door.
Exchange Policy
If your item arrived in defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with us. If the same item is not available from us, a refund will be issued. But you have to check the products on the spot. It means before coming out of the delivery person you are supposed to open the packet. For your kind information, you have to make the payment first to the delivery person if you take the cash on delivery service.
Refund Notice
We only refund once the same items are not available from our store. If the same item is available from us, a refund won’t be issued.
